Senior AML Compliance Training and Quality Assurance Specialist

🎯 The role

We are looking for a Senior AML Compliance Training andQuality Assurance Specialist to strengthen the quality, consistency,and effectiveness of our AML, onboarding, KYC/ODD and other complianceprocesses.

This role focuses on quality assurance, training, andcontinuous improvement across AML operations, working closely withonboarding, ODD, compliance and other internal teams.

🧩 What you’ll do

• Analyse     data and prepare reports to improve AML quality performance at individual     and team levels
• Monitor     the quality of AML operational execution within the assigned area
• Analyse     the business nature of new customers and identify potential AML / CTF     risks
• Perform     quality checks of collected KYC documents and customer verification     profiles
• Conduct     double checks for newly onboarded customers
• Prepare     reports, summaries, and analyses based on investigation findings
• Execute     trainings related to quality assurance findings
• Maintain     internal AML and compliance trainings platform
• Maintain     internal knowledge base with most frequent questions and matters     concerning AML operations quality
• Conduct     new AML employee trainings
• Digitalize     and maintain up to date AML operations refresher trainings
• Participate     in improving onboarding and KYC/ODD processes and ensure proper cross-team     communication
• Analyse     data from multiple systems and accurately evaluate and summarise findings
• Proactively     review and follow up on referrals and queries from other departments
• Participate     in internal projects and support group companies by providing AML-related     services
• Perform     other AML-related tasks assigned by the direct manager
