Head of Risk (EMI / Fintech)

🎯 The role

We arelooking for a Head of Risk to lead and further develop the company’s EnterpriseRisk Management (ERM) framework and overall risk governance.

This is nota pure AML role — while AML/KYC and sanctions are part of the environment,the core focus is enterprise, operational, regulatory, and strategic riskmanagement within an EMI, with direct exposure to senior management and theBoard.

🧩 What you’ll do

• Lead, own, and continuously develop the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework

• Own and oversee the Risk Appetite Statement, risk metrics, and management dashboards

• Manage Risk Committees and prepare risk reporting for senior management and the Board

• Maintain and oversee company-wide risk registers, KRIs, and internal controls

• Coordinate risk assessments across operational, financial, AML/sanctions, outsourcing, and IT/cyber domains

• Oversee safeguarding risk management and outsourcing governance

• Perform risk due diligence on partners, products, and strategic initiatives

• Work closely with internal teams (Product, IT, Operations, Compliance, Legal, Finance) to embed risk management into daily operations

• Advise senior management and the Board on risk exposure, emerging risks, and mitigation strategies

• Act as a key point of contact with the Bank of Lithuania, supporting supervisory interactions, audits, and inspections
