AML Specialist (ODD & Onboarding)

What you will do:

• Apply AML / CTF   requirements, laws and regulations as well as internal procedures of the     Company to identify potential ML/TF risks.
• Conduct CDD/EDD     during client onboarding/ periodical (ODD) & event driven reviews     within set SLAs;
• Communicate with     clients/ internal client management teams to collect information/     documentation
• Assess & assign a     risk level to new/ existing clients, prepare the client risk analysis     & summaries;
• Report all risks and     compliance issues, breaches and suspicious activities to higher     management;
• Perform PEP &     Sanctions screening, adverse media searches and properly assess the     results;
• Assess client`s     transactions, their patterns to ensure they align with the profile and     declared business activity;
• Maintain accurate and     up-to-date status of client onboarding/ ODD and KYC records in internal     systems;
• Perform other tasks     assigned by the KYC Team Manager / Head of AML;
• Contribute to various     projects & initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of KYC processes;
