🎯 The role

We are looking for an Key Account Manager to manageand develop relationships with our existing clients, ensuring high servicequality, long-term retention, and commercial growth.

This role combines client relationship management,customer retention, and business development, working closely with internalteams to deliver a strong and consistent client experience across Valyuzproducts and services.

Job responsibilities

🧩 What you’ll do

  • Maintain     daily communication with key clients via email, phone, video calls, and     in-person meetings
  • Build     and maintain long-term, trust-based client relationships
  • Act     as the main point of contact and ensure timely, effective issue resolution
  • Execute     day-to-day customer retention activities aligned with defined KPIs
  • Support     the implementation of customer success and retention strategies
  • Monitor     market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities to improve     client loyalty
  • Identify     up-sell and cross-sell opportunities within existing client portfolios
  • Prepare     tailored commercial offers, pricing proposals, and client solutions
  • Support     integration projects, marketing initiatives, and client engagement     activities
  • Contribute     to defining and improving the customer lifecycle and retention programs
  • Support     continuous improvement of internal processes and client engagement     frameworks
  • Track     and achieve assigned KPIs and performance objectives
  • Analyze     client activity to identify risks and growth opportunities
  • Provide     insights and feedback to support the company’s overall customer success     strategy
