Compliance & Risk Manager (EMI / Fintech)

🎯 The role

We are looking for a Compliance & Risk Manager tostrengthen our compliance, governance, and enterprise risk framework. Thisis not a pure AML role — AML/KYC is part of the environment, but the core focusis Compliance & Risk in an EMI.

🧩 What you’ll do

• Own     and maintain compliance and risk policies and procedures
• Support     regulatory reporting, audits, and supervisory interactions
• Contribute     to the Enterprise Risk Management Framework
• Maintain     risk, compliance, and outsourcing registers
• Support     safeguarding and outsourcing governance
• Work     cross-functionally to identify, assess, and mitigate risks
