AML Compliance Training and Quality Assurance Manager

We are looking for AML Compliance Training and Quality Assurance Manager to strengthen the quality, consistency, andeffectiveness of our AML, onboarding, KYC/ODD and other compliance processes. This role focuses on quality assurance, training, andcontinuous improvement across AML operations, working closely withonboarding, ODD, compliance and other internal teams.

🧩 What you’ll do

• Lead     and reshape AML Compliance Training and Quality Assurance division
• Develop     and maintain internal online AML and compliance trainings platform
• Develop     and maintain internal library with accumulated knowledge to be shared     within AML and compliance departments
• Conduct     periodic knowledge sharing sessions within AML and compliance function
• Revise     internal Quality Assurance procedures and incorporate other AML compliance     operations into quality assurance pipeline
• Conduct     double checks for newly onboarded AML and compliance employees
• Define     quality assurance scope for AML and compliance departments and execute     required quotas
• Prepare     reports, summaries, and analyses based on quality assurance findings
• Prepare     and execute trainings related to quality assurance findings
• Conduct     new AML employee trainings
• Participate     in improving onboarding and KYC/ODD processes and ensure proper cross-team     communication
• Participate     in internal projects and support group companies by providing AML-related     services
• Perform     other AML-related tasks assigned by the direct manager
